My Sunnyside experience I purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500HD it was not in stock at the dealer. Rick spent a few days looking for it with my stricket requirements and low and I purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500HD it was not in stock at the dealer. Rick spent a few days looking for it with my stricket requirements and low and behold found one. Within a week of talking to him I was driving away a very happy customer. Unfortunately about 3 weeks later I was in a bad accident out of state and the truck was totalled. Luckily insurance worked fast and I was ready to buy again so I called Rick and he took time on a busy Thursday night to go over my wants again for a new truck and low and behold he out did himself. He hade the extra options the truck did have put on as well as it detailed and ready for delivery all in a week. The sales team there is truly great and makes everything painless. More

The finance manager did everything he could to make it work for me, and was able to get things accomplished quickly, despite being shorthanded. Bob Capri, the gentleman that I did my paperwork with, was also great to deal with, and helped guide me through additional options without making me feel like an idiot if I didn't choose any.
