The waiting area is comfortable, and stocked with free coffee and cookies. The service attendant who checked me in, also personally came and got me when the car was finished. The staff was friendly and treated me professionally and with respect. I had questions about my extended warranty, which were also answered while there on my service visit. My only issue is that there should be instructions on how to use the state-of-the-art coffee maker. More

Flat tire replacement I came in to have a flat tire replaced. Since they did not have a tire in stock, they moved the spare to a back wheel, a safer location.
