On a side note, it became apparent that many dealers are spending a lot of money on their web presence and internet marketing, but very few of them have any idea how to treat internet leads, let alone convert them into customers. He worked with us in a friendly and professional manner to make sure we were were happy with our purchase. We are. Through no fault of the dealership we had to have an Onstar module replaced twice. Kyle was always available to make sure everything was going OK. Tammy in service was fantastic and made the process of replacing the parts as smooth as possible.
