Colleen worked with us in a courteous manner explaining the pros and cons of the Chevrolet Equinox. She invited us to test drive an Equinox which we did. We Traded in our GMC Acadia when leasing the Equinox and then on March 1st we received a letter from Ally advising that we owed them $311.61 for excess wear. One item was Fender right previous repair - dirt in paint and the second item was rear door right previous repair - dull finish. The right rear door we had repaired due to an accident and was done in May 2012. The finish was not dull. The second item was dirt in paint and there was never a previous repair and if there was dirt in the paint, it came from the factory that way. Discussing this situation with Colleen, She got on the phone with someone at Ally and reported to us that we were being refunded $499.99. Great service from our sales person!!! Jim Anton More
Service Manager Neil Lester is about as dishonest as they come. The service advisor had to bring him in to discuss my car after I questioned the diagnosis. He told me I needed something replaced that was just replaced 2 months earlier. He is definitely not an asset to your service team and he has no idea what goes on with the cars in his shop. He is not customer oriented and needs a class on people skills as well as brushing up on his mechanic skills. I definelty felt like he was trying to take advantage of me and rip me off. He did not even sound knowledgeable with his explanations and could not provide satisfactory answers when I questioned his diagnosis. Although i did end up getting my car fixed for the repair I came in for, I can not rate this as a good experience at all. More

I was just browsing the Sunny Side website and came across the 2014 Chevy Traverse. I then went to see how much my 2011 Jeep Liberty was worth to trade it in. This put me in contact with Matt Smolik. W across the 2014 Chevy Traverse. I then went to see how much my 2011 Jeep Liberty was worth to trade it in. This put me in contact with Matt Smolik. Whom then introduced me to Rick Belsito. Rick and I spoke mainly through email for about a week trying to figure it all out. I wanted to make sure I had it all squared away before showing it to my husband. Once that was done and my husband spoke with Rick and Paul Scherzer to discuss all the financing. When the payment was where we needed it to be we came in and met with Bob Capri to sign all the paperwork!! Sunnyside Chevrolet was a great experience. I found a used Lincoln Navigator online and when I arrived at Sunnyside Chevrolet the service was above and beyond the friendliest dealership I have ever visit used Lincoln Navigator online and when I arrived at Sunnyside Chevrolet the service was above and beyond the friendliest dealership I have ever visited. Took my car in on a Monday and Tammy Kopp greeted me with a smile and welcome. I told her about the issue that the transmission in my 09 Impala felt like it was slipping. After waiting an hour the mechanic s a smile and welcome. I told her about the issue that the transmission in my 09 Impala felt like it was slipping. After waiting an hour the mechanic said he couldn't find anything wrong. I was confused by Tammy assured me that due to the weather he might have not been able to notice it but bring it back if it happens again. The very next day it was happening so Neil Lester the Service manager reached out to me and said bring it back in and while they get your loaner car ready will go for a ride. Not 2 minutes of driving with Neil he has well noticed the issue. I returned to the dealership and was put in a 2014 Impala until my car was repaired (Which was under Warranty). Tammy called me several hours later to say they determined it was the Torque convertor that was slipping and that the warranty company wanted to send out a adjuster to verify and that wouldn't happen until Monday or Tuesday the following week. I was able to keep there Impala until the repairs where done so there was no issue. Repair was approved and my car was ready Thursday 6 days after I took it back in. I picked up my car and the very next day I had a shake in my car. So again Tammy sets me up to bring it back in and puts me in another loaner car. Now the front tire had an issue so I had to buy two new tires. Bottom line is Tammy has great customer service skills and is extremely friendly and I enjoy working with Sunnyside Chevy. They go the extra mile to make your service as good as possible. They understand you could spend your money else where but they make sure to take care of you and appreciate your business. More
My experience with Sunnyside and Kevin Chojnacki goes back to last winter when I was considering whether to buy or lease a Chevy Equinox. Kevin was very cooperative and actually listened. I explained my situation over and over to different reps in their showrooms and at the Auto show. Most didn't listen and kept pushing one way or another ( options and their timelines) as opposed to Kevin, who was very patient and provided the info as requested and made meel feel very comfortable in driving 45 minutes out of my way to do business with him. That positive experience back in Feb. 2013 caused me to go back now. I told Kevin last February that I would be in the market again in the fall/winter and he would be contacted by me then. I told this as well to several other sales reps from different dealerships, did they listen? No, bothered me all spring and summer. Kevin listened! So fast forward to this current leasing experience, everything went great. Looking forward to doing more business with Sunnyside and Kevin in a few years when my current leases are up. More
