This oil change the Service Writer did not review what Service I wanted. When I checked out I was charged $95.00 for synthetic oil. It is a 4 cylinder a Equinox! Also, I wanted a tire rotation which Service I wanted. When I checked out I was charged $95.00 for synthetic oil. It is a 4 cylinder a Equinox! Also, I wanted a tire rotation which they did not do. They did not reset my oil monitor. Also, my last oil change the filler cap was left off and I had oil blown all over the under hood area. I had to go to a nearby oil change place to get oil so that I could get back to Sunrise and to be cross examined and they finally agreed to wash the engine e co.partment. so much for good service. I called and told them what I needed done when they made the appointment. When I got there they said that they couldn’t look at all of the issues and to come back the following morning.
