Salesperson Charles Oliver was great. However my wife and I purchase a vehicle on January 3rd and we have been waiting on paperwork to register our vehicle. We talk to a few people and have been getting the run around. It's April and we haven't gotten any further than the day we drove off the lot with our Yukon. I'm ready to take it back and get my money back. Charles Oliver is the only reason I give this place 3 stars.

Sold my Father a broken car. They cheaply patched this car to pass for sale. Something that should have been reported to carfax. This place still does the shady practice they did back in the 80's. I've sold cars for 13 years. Now I sell insurance. So I know what trickery and deceiving tricks that are out there. There are more than enough mistreated customers for a class action! Ryan is picking up where his daddy in law left! Terrible!

I had filled out a Transunion form and was told I was approved. It was just a ploy to get you in the Dealership. I was even told to come in after work everything will be good. Again this is after I asked if I was approved. Wasted over 2 hours of mine and my childs time to tell me we will need a five thousand dollar down payment. So the site said I was approved the person I spoke with on the phone said as well and to come in after work to be denied. I have seen this is something Landers does it is the second time I have had a instance with Landers. The first time I was told to pick something and they said I was good so I did so to be denied after I was told I was good pick a vehicle. Landers needs to change thier way of doing things and be honest. Oh wait a honest car salesman lol right.

They kept my car for 2 months. They gave me a long list of things that was wrong with my car that costs hundreds and thousands of dollars. I was going to go somewhere else but my service plan was going to pay for one of the items. Mr. Adam Keller consistently try to upcharge me for new things they found was wrong with the car. When I would call and try to check on the car he wasn't available and I left messages and he wouldn't call me back. He was very rude and wouldn't listen when I did talk with him. I had to report his behavior to the supervisor. When they finally begin to work on my car, Adam called asking for more money for a hose. They do not understand that the customer have a family too. I am a single mother. I needed my car for work so I can take care of my family. The impression I got was to try to get as much money as you can out of the customer, and the customer does not matter.
