I tried to buy last year and were over$5000 over sticker. Went for the first time to use the service dept. and drove up and waited and waited. Went in and asked if I drive in. The actual service on the vehicle was fine, and I got out in 45 minutes. Anyway, next time I will know what to do when bringing my car in. More
