I emailed in with a complaint about my recent service visit. I received a call immediately from the online support person who stated that she would have a message to the service manager and guaranteed th visit. I received a call immediately from the online support person who stated that she would have a message to the service manager and guaranteed that they would call me the next day. No phone call received. I wanted to give them the opportunity to resolve something before issuing a survey. This is the second time that I have not gotten a call back from the dealership service department. More

Just bought a car from Sunrise Chevy and had a really good experience. Bobby, my salesman, was super easy to work with—no pressure, just straight up and helpful.
