Dan was not able to be at work on the day that I found out about the "other items". Another service rep called me, but she did not have my account in front of me and kept telling me I would have to pay a large amount for these items to be completed on my vehicle. I insisted on waiting for Dan to return to work so I could talk to him about everything. Good thing I did because half the work was still under warranty and he also went the extra mile to request assistance from GM to help me cover the cost of the remaining items. I will never go to anyone else but Dan. He is very personable, easy to talk to and he explains everything that needs to be done. More

I use Sunrise for all my service. My check engine light went on 2 days ago. I was able to get the work done yesterday. The car was washed and ready to go in a little over 1 hour.
