I came in just to look at options on replacing my current vehicle I was leasing and understand the process. Luciano was extremely helpful and accommodating. He helped me find a truck to test drive, then took the time to listen to my concerns on my current leasing situation. He helped me understand my options to terminate my lease and get money towards a new truck lease. He called the leasing company to make sure I had the correct information and walked me through the return process. I had requested to come back 3 hours later that day for an extended test drive (over an hour) with my truck of choice. Luciano was more than happy to comply with no hassles. The whole time there was no pressure from anyone for me to make a decision. Luciano answered all my questions, helped me get some extra items I wanted for the truck, and explained my leasing options thoroughly. Once I made my decision, the rest was easy, smooth, and quick. I wish I had gone there 3 years ago when I decided to lease my last car.!!!! Primo is the man!!!! More
