I had scheduled a recall appointment on a Saturday that The service department is disrespectful of one's time and doesn't stay honest to their word. I had scheduled a recall appointment on a Saturday that they had been calling me non-stop to get done for a year and when I got to my appointment they said they could not complete the job in under 2.5 hours when on the phone they told me 1.5 hours. The job was a simple one to change out a windshield wiper motor. when I told them I had waited months to get a Saturday appointment since M-F they are only open until 6pm (who can work and get their car serviced before 6pm?) They didn't even care that I waited months for the appointment. Then would I told them how upset I was they only handed me this dealer rater card to review them online. My family has bought 3 cars from Sunrise Chevrolet and I'm sorry to say there won't be a 4th due to the service department and their disregard for my time. More

He knew exactly what I wanted even tho it was not any of the cars i showed him. I test drove it and fell in love with it. Then Sean helped me with getting the financials. Both of them were great and amazing. Made me not so nervous to buy a vechicle. Excellent job! This would be my 2nd vechicle I have bought and I will buy another as long as those 2 people are there.
