My husband had been employed at another dealer for more than a decade and the service at Sunrise blew all of our expectations out of the water. There was no pressure. No hassle. Our sales rep and finance rep worked with us on everything. The real MVP is our sales rep, Mo Kahn, who endured three hours with not only our 9 month old happy screeching baby, but with our overtired terrorist three-nager who insisted on climbing up the vending machine every 30 seconds! He was so understanding with the patience of a God sent saint. Never once showed he was annoyed or irritated, even though I was so beyond over it with our mini dictator. I could not have asked for a more helpful and kind human to sit with us for the tedious process of buying a car.. As for the actual buying process, I would say it went well. I mean we left with the car so it must have. I was too busy chasing said three year old hurricane around to be involved much with numbers and such. But yeah, if you got kids, no babysitter and minimal sanity, I’m sure you can borrow some from Mo because he’s the perfect picture of chill.
