A Memorable Exprience, Extremely Happy, Satisfied Customer I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to lease or buy a vehicle, although, leasing was just not for me. Normally you think of a I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to lease or buy a vehicle, although, leasing was just not for me. Normally you think of a pushy car salesman. I experience just the opposite. It was the end of the month, so I'm sure Primo wanted to sell a car, but he was patient with me, answering all my questions, to make sure I was going to be satisfied with my purchase. From the management, to the Finance office with Sean Donato, I found Sunrise to have, a great group of honest people to do business with. Everyone was so polite and friendly, I felt like I was re-adopted. My wonderful experience all started with a phone conversation with Lupe. She was very polite, and professional. Had it not been for her, who knows where I would have ended up buying a vehicle, and missed that wonderful family atmosphere at Sunrise. All of you can stand up and take a bow, you deserve it. More

Amazing I went in not expecting much. But these were genuinely the nicest people ever to deal with. They worked their butts off to get me financed and at a lo I went in not expecting much. My husband and I were in the market for a new truck but we found this one advertised and decided to go look at it. With the help of Michael Schramm, we fell in love and decided to move forward with it. What I would like to highlight most is Michael himself. Our experience was comfortable, there was absolutely NO pressure and Michael was extremely knowledgeable. In fact, my husband will be in the market for a new car himself and we won't buy from anyone else but Michael. We highly recommend anyone interested in a new purchase to see him directly!! More

Overall great experience Eli was so patient with me as I walked in unsure if I even wanted to buy a new car and with no direction on what I wanted from car to suv to truck. He Eli was so patient with me as I walked in unsure if I even wanted to buy a new car and with no direction on what I wanted from car to suv to truck. He took me on multiple test drives and showed me vehicles that hadn't even come in yet. Eli allowed me to leave that night without being pushy. I returned a few days later when I noticed an SUV I had been interested in dropped in price by about $4,000. Took it for a test drive and fell in low. This was a dark and rainy night and Eli and his manager stayed even after closing hours to finish the process and get me home that night in the new car. They gave me nearly what I owed on my trade in and worked with me on pricing to get it at a number I was comfortable with. They even worked with financing options when my bank failed to come through on the promised interest rate. Overall a great experience and Eli really went above and beyond. He made a stressful experience a joyful one! When I'm ready to trade in this beauty I'll definitely be going back! More
