The response was quick and After a terrible experience at McCue in Saint Charles on Friday, I first contacted Sunrise via email on Saturday morning. The response was quick and honest, unlike the other dealership. I went in, still a bit skeptical because of the day before. I toured the lot to see what Silverados were available and was not hounded while doing so. Their selection was quite good. When I went into the showroom and asked to speak with someone, I was introduced to Michael Gravina. He took the time to tell me about the incentive that I was interested in and explore the specific vehicles that met my criteria. When he did not know an answer, he did not bluff; he went to find the information to help me make the best decision. Mike was patient, informative, and straightforward. I had a tough time deciding between two vehicles and he gave me the space and time to make my own choice while showing a constant willingness to answer questions. Another positive worth mentioning is that Sunrise gave a much more genuine first offer than McCue did on my trade. Finally, my post-sale experience has been good too. The staff at Sunrise show that they want their cusomers to have a great experience. I do have one slight criticism of the dealership. Sunrise had an online offer for a $25 gift card to various places (McDonalds, Portillos, Dunkin Donuts, etc) if you test drive one of their new vehicles. I did test drive and buy one of their new 2017 trucks. When I inquired about the gift card, I was told that I could either have a $25 credit to restaurant.com or a $10 gift card to one of the other places named in the ad. I think that is a silly thing to bait and switch when a $50,000 vehicle is being sold. I value honesty, so please change your advertisement or provide what you promise! More

I was determined to find a low mileage older vehicle to keep costs down . It's cold and raining, and here comes Colin Morrison to help in my search . About five minutes later my girlfriend Susan and I were test driving the truck I truly wanted , and it looked like my old Ram 1500's son . Colin did a great job of telling me the details of the vehicle and the costs, and together with Sean Donato the finance manager , I got the truck i wanted at the price i wanted to pay . Hard to believe but things just keep getting better I purchased a used auto from these guys several months ago and I was pleased with how I was treated both by Javier Guzman in sales and Jacob in parts. Now, a "check engine" light goes on and I call service. They get me an appointment for the next day at a good time for me and away I go. Meet up with Jim Finch in service the next day and I was treated very well. Not only did they take care of the check engine light but they uncovered/repaired an additional problem that would have meant I would have had to use additional time from other activities on another day. I have yet to meet an unpleasant person here. I never write reviews (can't say that anymore) but this place deserves them! Great job! More
