First Class Customer Service I have purchased/leased my last four vehicles from Sunrise and from Luciano. He is upfront, honest and a joy to deal with. I truly believe that he acts in the best interest of his customers and wants repeat business. I went in to the dealership to drive a Camero - I love the way they look. I wasn't thrilled with it and was second guessing my decision while Dan worked up the numbers. By the time he was finished I knew I didn't really want the Camero and wouldn't be happy with it at all. Both Dan and Lucian took this in stride and talked to me about what I disliked in particular. Dan suggested that I at least drive an Equinox before I left so that I could think about whether or not to upgrade from my Cruze. I LOVED the Equinox. I knew it from the minute I got in and started driving it. The vehicle they had suggested was one with a lot of manufacturer incentives and came with just about every upgrade. We were able to make a deal that had me paying less than I did on my Cruze lease and we were all very happy with the outcome. Every employee at Sunrise has always treated me with respect and kindness. I trust Luciano implicitly and he comes by to greet me even when I'm there for service or a wash. This car dealer should be the one that all the others model themselves after. Exceptional Car Shopping Experience Was very nervous about purchasing a new car as it had been 13 years since my last buy. I knew I had to update and had been searching on the Internet Was very nervous about purchasing a new car as it had been 13 years since my last buy. I knew I had to update and had been searching on the Internet for quite a while. While searching the Sunrise website, I found a 2015 Chevy Cruze that really caught my attention and, fortunately, it was still available when my son and I visited Sunrise. Javier Guzman greeted us and brought the car around for a test drive. Felt comfortable with the car right away. After the test drive, Javier made the purchasing process simple and he was very professional. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. As a "young" senior citizen coming from a basic 2002 Chevy Cavalier with no power options to purchasing a 2015 Cruze with so many more features than I ever thought could be possible to be included on a car, Javier patiently explained all and took the time to show me how they operate. I'm very happy with my new car and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Javier to my friends and family. More

I thought I'd stop by and check it out. and that's where I talked to Matt in the used car department. From the second I got there to the time when I finally bought the car a few days later, he was nothing but helpful. Car only came with one key, but he was able to me another one no problem.
