Primo is the Best! I was in the market for a new company car and was looking for some details on my options, as well as a short test drive. The choice was down to 2 veh I was in the market for a new company car and was looking for some details on my options, as well as a short test drive. The choice was down to 2 vehicles -- a Chevy Malibu and a Ford Fusion. Primo's service was excellent, and the dealership is better having him as an employee. The time he spent with me, including the short test drive, made the difference. I went to a nearby Ford dealership immediately afterwards to check out another vehicle option, and the experience was absolutely embarrassing compared to the service he provided. Primo @ Sunrise showed that he cared about my future satisfaction in a vehicle and not just about making a sale. Based on my experience with Primo at Sunrise, I chose the Chevy Malibu. The difference wasn't as much with the vehicles as it was the experience! Primo is the best! More

Better Deal We second guessed ourselves upon returning to the dealership and we missed to purchase the original vehicle; however we got a better deal and purchase We second guessed ourselves upon returning to the dealership and we missed to purchase the original vehicle; however we got a better deal and purchased a fully equiped top of the line and with a low milge used 2014 SUV. Next morning Javier took his time going over in details and explaining all the function buttons. The whole used car staff were just wonderful.
