very good experience I bought a 2015 certified pre-owned Malibu. Pros: Roger was my salesman. He was friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he listened to my need I bought a 2015 certified pre-owned Malibu. Pros: Roger was my salesman. He was friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he listened to my needs and didn't push up-selling. For instance, I went with a vehicle priced at approximately 2/3 of my available limit. I wasn't pressured into maxing out my available credit. Roger went at my pace and really minimized the "going to ask the manager" tactic. With that said, Roger is a tiny bit "old school" in that he is a bit rough around the edges. While I can appreciate a no-nonsense somewhat "blue collar" approach, some people may not. I would recommend him to most, but not people with thin skin or those who are easily offended. All things considered, I am very satisfied with the service, attentiveness and consideration Roger afforded me. When the manager was required in negotiation, Jose was very personable. I found Jose to be very kind and genuine during the negotiation process. Rick handled all of my paperwork. A true professional, Rick was knowledgeable in answering all of my questions, and he was lightning quick. I came in with my own financing, and we got through the entire process in 10 minutes. As for the vehicle itself, the interior was in great condition. Exterior and paint at reasonably good condition, I was comfortable with it considering the price, which I found fair. Some room to negotiate. Cons: Car needed a buff to remove scuffs. Was not washed after buff, buffing compound coating the paint and windows leaving a very gritty texture on all exposed surface. Would not consider "delivery ready". Must detail exterior myself to remove. This is the reason for "4 stars". Would give 4.5 if available. Bottom Line: Great dealership, will definitely be a return customer. Just a word of advice... ensure the vehicle is in delivery condition. More
