I knew what I wanted to buy, what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for my trade in. Thanks to Matt Dickerson I achieved all those goals. I bought a Silverado and Matt was very helpful in showing me what all the buttons and gadgets do in the LTZ trim. Matt made it fun again buying a car, I felt no pressure and there was no going back and forth and back and forth to the managers office as I have experienced at other dealerships.. From the time I got there to the time I left with my new car was around 3 hours which is a record for me... Once I got home I noticed a nail in my tire ,I called Matt and he took care of the problem for me. Matt is a honest and stand up guy., Thumbs up Sunrise!! Extremely Pleasant Buying Experience We walked into Sunrise (on a recommendation) and were instantly greeted by Alex, who was very upbeat and pleasant. He asked us what brought us in and We walked into Sunrise (on a recommendation) and were instantly greeted by Alex, who was very upbeat and pleasant. He asked us what brought us in and we told him that we wanted to look at some Equinox's - and we were not sure yet on whether we wanted new or used. He took us over to his desk and gave us a booklet on the Equinox so we could start to look at the options. Then he took us over to the new car lot to check them out. He went over the different color options and features of the different levels of the model. We liked everything we saw so we decided to take it for a test drive. Alex was informative during the drive and showed us the different features, and he was not pressuring at all. We took a nice little route and were able to switch drivers halfway so that we could both test the vehicle. Once we got back we stated that we did want to see our used options as well, so Alex happily walked us over to the used lot and wrote down the numbers of all the vehicles we wanted to compare. Next we sat down with Alex and Richie to discuss the pricing and our options. They were both incredibly informative, pleasant, and NOT pressuring or pushy. Neither of us has ever bought new, so this was a jump for us. They both were understanding and gave us time alone to discuss. After not coming up with any reasons NOT to purchase the new one, we pulled the trigger. Alex was quick to process all of our information and get us set for finance. Everyone at the dealership seemed genuinely happy and excited for us. We went in to sign papers with Rick in Finance and he was quick and did a great job explaining everything we were signing. He was even able to get us a better interest rate than we originally thought! This was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had, and absolutely will recommend them to all. It was so nice not to have the typical "pushy dealer" experience at this Dealership. More
