Great Experience! I have never owned a Chevrolet and my intent was to only look for a vehicle. When I walked in to Sunrise I was greeted by Alex Lima, we spoke for a I have never owned a Chevrolet and my intent was to only look for a vehicle. When I walked in to Sunrise I was greeted by Alex Lima, we spoke for a few minutes about my desire to look for a new vehicle. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle from the smallest details to my monthly budget. After about 10 minutes he guided me to a 2015 Trax which I had never even heard of before. He called his manager over as well (Sean) everyone was extremely curteous, I took a Trax for a test drive and must say I fell in love with it! It didn't take long for me to agree that this was the car I would be driving home that day! The whole experience was very pleasant - And I think you even beat the 6 hours I spent at Honda in 2013 LOL... Great Job and Thank You for helping me get the car I wanted at a price that I could afford!! More

Craig was very helpful throughout the process including giving me a variety of options with both models of Colorados I was looking at, he also went above and beyond to help fix the car I was currently leasing.
