They were nice and actually listened to what you were looking for...instead of just trying to get you into car and make a sale. Best experience I've had at a dealership I was in the market for a brand new car but didn't have the best credit so I called sunrise to see if they could possible run my credit before I came I was in the market for a brand new car but didn't have the best credit so I called sunrise to see if they could possible run my credit before I came in because I live car away and wanted to get an idea of where i stood. Unlike every other Chevy dealership I've dealt sunrise was able to run things over the Internet and phone and let me know where I stood and said they could get me in a car I liked. I didn't think things could get better until I came in and was assigned to salesman Matt Dickerson. I can not say enough good things about him. From the start he was very open and honest and wanted to do everything he could for me. I understood my credit wasn't great and didn't have a lot of options. I was worried and kinda embarrassed about my credit situation but Matt made me feel very comfortable about it. It took some time but Matt provided me with a few options that would fit my budget and made some great recommendations. I wound up being able to get a brand new Chevy sonic that is amazing. When we decided we wanted a new car we went to Sunrise Chevrolet and asked to see Matt Dickerson.. Our famly has purchased 4 cars from him previously and knew we would find the car we wanted with his guidance. We are still driving 2 of the older cars, one that sports over 125,000 miles and is still going strong. We work with Matt as he is a salesperson who allows the buyer to find the car they feel comfortable with and one that fits their needs as well as their desires. We come from a family of salesmen and well know that they make their way by "sealing the deal". While this is true, you never get the feeling that you are being pushed into "the close". Matt stays with you as a friend, answers all questions, twice when asked, and when you have made up your mind you walk away knowing you have purchased the car YOU WANTED! Not a car Matt was able to get you to buy. We recommend this dealership and Matt Dickerson to all who have asked us about our cars and want to have a relaxed and comfortable experience while buying a car.
