Once I (The primary operator of the vehicle) had become completely familiar with all of its features, I felt I could honestly write a positive review that would be of merit to the salesperson (Nicholas Mazzeffi) and his associates. We came to this Chevy dealer because our previous vehicle (A Chevy 2012 Malibu) was effectively the most reliable vehicle we have ever owned. I mean, not a single glitch. But having recently retired, I no longer required that particular make. We certainly could have chosen to exclusively aim for a lower A.P.R. but we were confident we could make our showroom visit more than just the usual 'droolfest.' Well, it turns out that it was worth our time...and drool. Nick was very empathetic regarding my disabled wife, and even in the case of my own awkwardness (As is always the case in major automotive decision making for me). We were made to feel right at home in such a way that Nick seems to be right at home too. We were not forced into anything, and I feel that we have encountered one rare breed of car salesman. I don't think that I'll be ignored by this guy when I drift across the showroom during general service visits, and that means that he is a professional. My wife and I are very happy because we believe we got the best deal we could get. We are driving the car we set out to drive, and we got better financing as well as a reduced payment. If we could have done better, we'll find out anyway. Obviously Nick understands this as well as the customer, and 'he' can be confident that our subsequent visits will be personal (because we like, and trust him), as well as in our best interests. I highly recommend this dealership, and the personal touch, regard, and consideration of Nicholas Mazzeffi. More

Extremely Pleasant Experience! My husband did his research and found a truck that was exactly what we were looking for. After meeting briefly and answering the usual questions (not our first car), they took us on a test drive. The entire process from there was painless. Matt was incredibly nice and not a pushy salesman. He treated us like royalty. He worked with Rick to help us stay within our budget and leave with the truck we wanted. The sales manager Brian tried to charge us a $595.00 up charge or doc fee after we settled on the final price. Once confronted he waived the fee but it was very disappointing and unprofessional. It's that type of practice that gives dealers a bad name. Despite this incident I would go back only because of our salesperson. More

We met a new friend while we were there too Richie Drzwewicki. He was so very awesome w-us!!! We told him our payment range and what we wanted and he got it for us! He worked so hard to get us there! He told us he was up to the challenge and he completed the challenge!!!! And Rick Mackintosh was so nice and knew his job and did it well! Second time's a charm! I was reluctant to come back to Sunrise as I had a not-so-great experience the first time I purchased from them in 2011. However, after meeting Marqui I was reluctant to come back to Sunrise as I had a not-so-great experience the first time I purchased from them in 2011. However, after meeting Marquis Hollins, I knew I came to the right place and that things would be different this time. He was professional throughout, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I would also like to add that while it is true that a great product can attract business (love the Equinox and knew I would upgrade to this model), I can honestly say that Marquis' attitude greatly influenced our decision to buy! I will be recommending friends and family to Sunrise Chevrolet, but mainly Marquis as their guy for their next vehicle purchase! He is young, but with the right 'can do' no bullsh*t sales personality and attitude. James and I are now proud owners of the 2015 Equinox and we would like to thank Marquis for all of his hard work and dedication to ensuring us a great shopping experience. Simply the best I spent a long Saturday going to dealership after dealership all the while not finding the right car or, in may instances, the right sales person. The last stop of the day was at Sunrise, where I was immediately greeted by Sales Consultant Javier Guzman. Thank goodness for Javier. We (my wife, our 3 year old son and I) arrived around 5:15 (they close at 6pm) and were immediately felt welcomed simply by Javier's willingness to listen to what exactly we were looking for. We didn't ahve the biggest budget to work with, and this was not an issue for Javier. He proceeded to show us those vehicles which most closely matched our requirements instead of trying to push us into something we simply couldn't afford to try and get us to over spend. He was incredibly patient as we examined an increasingly large number of cars, even though us taking our time to find the right vehicle meant that he was having to work longer and longer past closing time. Moreover, he graciously opened the door for my son each time he wanted to sit in the cars that we were looking at, taking the time to make sure that he was having fun while my wife and I were discussing the pros and cons of the vehicles we were looking at. In the end, we happily purchased a new to us Ford Fusion that is a great fit for our family. That being said, even if we didn't find something that day, Javier won our business and we would have been purchasing from him regardless of when we finally found something. A quick note of thanks should also go to Sean Donato. After we had all come to agreement on the car and the deal, Sean had to get us through the paperwork. Thanks to a single blank contract and a seemingly unending supply of pens and highlighters, my son was kept busy "buying his car" (read: coloring) while my wife and I took care of the actual signing that needed to take place. In the end, the thing that set Sunrise along with Javier and Sean out from the other dealerships I visited was the sense of family. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was their demonstrations of care for my family that made us WANT to do business with them. Thank you so much for all that you did to make this such an enjoyable experience, you have made us a customer for life. More
Great Dealership & even better group of employees! Great guy! I was quoted a fair price for my cadillac, and even worked a little big on the Wrangler price. So happy I traded in!!! Love my Wrangler so much!! Oh & I had a 2 year old with me and Roger was so patient with us it made the entire process that much better. Very nice group of workers here! Eric in financing was friendly and funny, had me and my husband laughing! I would definitely recommend going to Sunrise Chevrolet! More
