I had some credit issues but the dealership worked with me every step of the way. This was the first time i have never had buyers remorse in a car purchase. Even after the purchase i still get treated fantastic by the dealer in every aspect. Luciano has been available for any question or concern i have even after the sale was completed. Awesome Service Experience I went for service at the dealer today to have my headlamps updated. Dave Straus helped me today and he was professional and extremely helpful and ad I went for service at the dealer today to have my headlamps updated. When car was completed I had a few questions on the work and Charlie came out to the service area made a few changes to my liking and answered all my questions. I had additional questions when I came home and Dave Straus returned my call right away and answered all my questions and told me not to hesitate to call back if I need any further help. I would highly recommend this dealer for service as they are top notch and the techs will come out to explain issues as well as the service reps. Its good when people sitting in waiting area drive from far away to come to this dealer for service. I have been going to this dealer since 2003 for service and to buy cars and will go no where else. A great used car buying experience. I came in to Sunrise Chevrolet because they happened to have the exact used Subaru I was looking for. The salesman that helped me, Matt Dickerson, made it clear that they would work around my schedule to allow my wife and I to come look at the vehicle, even offering to stay past closing hours if needed. It didn't take any more than an hour to test drive the car, talk about financing, and sign the paperwork. Eric Claeson from the financing department also did an excellent job explaining the financing terms and getting all of the paperwork prepared and ready to sign. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to visit Sunrise Chevrolet. More
