I have dragged my feet for the last couple years because I didn't want to spend endless amounts of time at the dealership. We'll I can tell you without exaggeration that I didn't even spend 30 minutes in there in total!! So much done via phone and email and my salesman Raul was amazing! ! I will definitely go back to him next time I need a car:) More

He's always so straight with me regarding my options. The was one minor problem with the truck, and Dave Straus got that taken care of, taking the time to really listen to the issue. He and Dan Schomer went out of their way to figure out a few scenarios that would best fit what I was looking for. I had a 2009 Silverado that was in an accident and I need to find a new truck in a short amount of time. I went to other dealers after first going to Sunrise, but I came back because Luciano is honest and genuine. I would recommend Sunrise to friends and family. I will be bringing my new Silverado to be serviced by Dan Wurzer. Dan is very knowledgeable, honest and genuine. Rick Mackintosh in finance explained everything throughly and was fast and efficient. I was looking for a hard tonneau cover and Daniel Kurtz showed me his tonneau cover that was on his truck. That was going above and beyond the service level of any other dealership. What a joke we decieded to use the Costco Auto Buyers program to try to buy a used Tahoe. After I entered the info on Costco's website, we were directed to Sunris we decieded to use the Costco Auto Buyers program to try to buy a used Tahoe. After I entered the info on Costco's website, we were directed to Sunrise Chevy. Rachelle Mallorca contacted me, and asked me to make an appointment to come in and tell them exactly what we are looking for, as they only give you the Costco price after you've shown your membership card. We agreed on 9am, Saturday July 11. After looking at what Sunrise had on their website (no Tahoe in the price/mileage range we wanted)I contacted Rachelle with my concerns about coming in when there's no Tahoe to sell to me. She assured me that we would sit down with her manager and that they could find us the Tahoe we're looking for in other dealer's stock. Fast forward to 9am this morning, we get to Sunrise, and not only is Rachelle not working, she didn't leave our info with anyone. To make matters worse, the inventory manager who can supposedly find us the Tahoe we want doesn't work on Saturdays, only Monday-Friday. So Rachelle made an appointment she couldn't keep, on a day the manager doesn't even work. Awesome waste of time, and we paid a baby sitter to stay with our kids while we went to Sunrise. What a joke! I reported this to Costco, and I hope Rachelle is held accountable. If Costco directs you to Sunrise Chevy, and Rachelle calls you, don't bother. She clearly can't be trusted. More

However, Nick make our experience very relaxing and explained to us all the details and specs. He even offered to drive our new car to our apartment since my wife is not yet comfortable driving the new car. Gave us all the freebees he can get including a $25 restaurant.com card. Rick, on the otherhand is also helpful trying to get a good financing deal to us. Except that he failed to mention us about the extended warranty is not free. Paid for 2k for that. I can tell he's pretty much tired since there's 2 more customer is waiting for him after us and its already 9pm. But I think the cost of the warranty is extra peace of mind for us so time will tell if money well spend. Overall, its a good experience. If Nick is available to help you, I'll suggest you ask for his help. Will recommend to everyone. More

Amazing Serice & Quality Cars! I came into Sunrise with intentions of window shopping just to see what was available. Upon my arrival I was immediately welcomed by Matthew. We walked through the lot and talked about few different vehicles, but the moment I saw the 2015 Cruze, I was smitten and couldn't wait to test drive it. We then moved inside to see what my options were, first looking into leasing the vehicle. After reviewing that option it was apparent that it wasn't the option for me. Matthew went even further and worked closely with his Manager, Dan, to see what options I for purhcasing the vehicle. After a little wait Matthew & Dan were able to finally come up with a purhcasing option that seemed to fit. I was extremly excited when Matthew showed me over to Rick, the financing guy. I was getting a brand new car! Each one of these men did everything they could to help make sure that I was able to drive off the lot with MY brand new Chevy Cruze. Being that it was my first time ever purhcasing a brand new car, I was estatic. Everyone was super nice, and congradulated me! The overall experience was amazing! I would reccomened Sunrise Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car, new or used. The service was the best I have ever seen! Thank you to Sunrise! And thank you to Matthew! More

As soon as I walked into Sunrise I was greeted by Jose and Javier. They did everything possible to find us the car that we wanted. I was also treated in the nicest way by Eric. Of course we left with a car and we're extatic with our purchase. Kudos to all of these men that helped us. I normally take my car to be serviced at the Nissan dealership next door but I am sure that I will get the same service and friendliness that I received with the Sales crew. Dealing across state lines After hours of research and test-drives, I finally narrowed the car down the next family car to a late-model Chevy Traverse. The combination of looks After hours of research and test-drives, I finally narrowed the car down the next family car to a late-model Chevy Traverse. The combination of looks, features, reliability and functionality made it the perfect combination for my family’s cross over – away from the world of mini-vans. As an out-of-state customer, I was certainly not looking for a vehicle in the Chicago-land area. I visited a couple of dealerships, including the heavily marketed CarMax – but could not find the combination of low miles, and reasonable price-point that I was hoping for. Following a radio ad for Sunrise Chevrolet, I decided to visit their website to work through their inventory, and quickly found a car that exactly fit my specifications – a 2012 2LT with only 10,000 miles. I sent a quick email to Sunrise, and received my first email response from Marco within 5 minutes. He confirmed that the car was in-stock, and we quickly worked through a scheduled test-drive that afternoon. I asked him to put the car “on the side” so that it didn’t sell before I got there – which he graciously agreed to. Matt Dickerson was the consultant that I worked with, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He quickly understood my unique situation, and set my mind at ease regarding the details for a possible interstate purchase. My main concern had to do with how I’d proceed with any necessary repairs, when they would inevitably happen. As it was a GM Certified vehicle, my expectations were that it would be “good to go” for a while. A little more than a month after we got the car, my wife insisted that there was a “squeaking and grinding” when she hit the brakes. We took the car into a local, (Indiana), dealership, and had them take a look. The brakes pads weren’t bad, but they were right on-the-line as far as needing changed. After contacting Matt and the team, they took the situation sight-unseen, and insisted that they cover the cost of replacing the brakes – even though they were not actually covered under the drive-away warranty. They were not only concerned about taking care of my needs at the point of sale, but they were even more intent on taking care in my moment of need. Service after the sale is a lost art – but not at Sunrise. They are professionals from top to bottom, and they’ve certainly won my long-term business – even if I still live in Indiana. More
