Great experience at Sunrise I went to Sunrise to look at an Equinox and a Malibu. Jayson met me at the door, walked me through my options and offered options. I left not sure debating which make of SUV I wanted, I emailed Jayson and called with questions, he got back to me timely and explained he would be there if I had more questions. I ended up purchasing the Equinox from Jayson 2 days later. It was a great experience. I had been to Sunrise in the past with and been ignored as if my purchase was not ii,potent. I was actually thoroughly surprised, as I'd expected it to take longer. I was done within two hours. I was quickly financed and Eric was just as professional and courteous when assisting me with the final paperwork. Excellent Customer Service After paying the last repair bill on my 2000 Monte Carlo, I realized it was time to upgrade to something newer, smaller and more fuel-efficient. After deciding that a Chevy Sonic was the car for me, I looked around and saw that Sunrise Chevrolet was one of the highest rated Chevy dealers in the area - and rightly so. From the moment I arrived one snowy day after work, Matt took excellent care of me, and provided a level of customer service I never would have expected from a car dealership. We took the Sonic out for a drive while they appraised my Monte Carlo and, when we returned, were able to come to an agreement on a price that we were both happy with. I returned the next day to pick up my new Sonic and drop off the old Monte Carlo, and it's been the best decision I've made this year. I told myself that I would drive my old car until the wheels fell off, but Matt and Brian made the process so easy and quick, while sticking to my budget that I couldn't pass up on the opportunity.
