This is our first experience with Sunrise Chevrolet. We were pleasantly surprised with the initial experience we had. Scott Martin in particular made our car purchase worthwhile. His no pressure, personable and professional demeanor made us comfortable with our decision making. Rick Mackintosh also did an excellent job with our financial information as this is usually the tedious portion of vehicle purchase. Rick made it informative and it went real smooth. Kudos Scott, Rick and the entire Sunrise team for making our purchase happen. I have yet to encounter direct service department communication, but hopefully the experience continues as it has started. More

So, I must stand corrected. I had a bad mix up with that dealership. But……I went back there yesterday, and met up with my once enemies, and they were able to correct the issue. Which by the way, was a simple thing but we were not explained in detail from other dealership in Long Island what it was in concern about. Had we known, 1-2-3 it would of been resolved. But, it was explained yesterday and we are all on the same page now. So yes, it hit me like a brick at first, but in the end All Is Well!!! And I want to sendan apology to my 2 buddies over there. So I will rate this place with 4 1/2 stars. so yes, if in the market of a new car from them, go right ahead , they will definitely help you out and make you laugh 👍 More
