Oscar Roque was an absolute legend. From the second I walked in, he made the experience smooth, no pressure, and actually enjoyable—which is rare at dealerships. Got me in my Raptor R fast, answered every question, and followed through like a pro. Sunrise Ford should clone this guy. More
The service provider was very helpful and friendly, and all the repairs were done on the truck. It still runs good. all the repairs were done on the truck. It still runs good. More
Very difficult to speak with, communication mostly by text, did not return call till the next day. Said my battery needed replacement, had it test at st Lucie battery and it is fine, said it would cost a text, did not return call till the next day. Said my battery needed replacement, had it test at st Lucie battery and it is fine, said it would cost about $2700 for emergency brake repair, took it to another dealer that replaced it for $600. I have no confidence in Sunrise ford service center. More
Everyone was polite and helpful. Things were explained well. There were comfortable areas to sit and wait as well as water and clean bathrooms. Also fixed problem as promised Things were explained well. There were comfortable areas to sit and wait as well as water and clean bathrooms. Also fixed problem as promised More
I purchased a 2024 Taos with 1907 miles basically almost brand new. It was a certified used car . That had a sticker price just over $21,000 . I found out later that certified means you have to pay anothe brand new. It was a certified used car . That had a sticker price just over $21,000 . I found out later that certified means you have to pay another $3000 for the certification that adds 2 more warranty years that are added to the remainder of 3 years 36000 miles . The catch is if you don't pay for certification there is zero warranty. That's a scam . I was told the car had 2 key was given 1 and told I would be getting the second key soon as they found it . I guess they are still looking for it . I purchased the car March 21. Today is April 29 I think it's enough time for them to have gotten a second key . After I signed the paperwork I realized the next day I payed over $1300 for LoJac that was already installed by the previous owner , they sold it twice . I didn't expect those tactics from a new car dealership. It just shows you getting a used car even from a new car dealer beware don't leave out the door unless you have everything promised to you buyer beware. My salesman was Jordan who actually was very honest he just didn't seem to know the financial part , what fees it comes with. He looked as surprised as we were when a car with a sticker of just over $21000 came in at over $28000. For another $1000 should have gotten a new one with no miles . Don't believe you will pay the price you see online it will cost much more unless you want a used car with no warranty at all. More
