No service was completed for a recall I've been dealing with for 2 years. You guys had me scheduled 3 different times and I dropped off my vehicle only to get a phone call the next day that you guys still with for 2 years. Called in for appointment and was scheduled for 2/12/23 I brought it in for oil change and recalls Stuart ask if I could pick it up on Tuesday I said sure. Had ABS and traction warning lights intermittent flashing on then resetting. Very disconcerting. Michael very clearly explained the possible causes this issue and what the shop would test to determine the ex on then resetting. Very disconcerting. I left my car there with every confidence there would be a solution. Michael called the next day and advised me the job was done and the cost. Of course work done on car is expensive but I felt it was reasonable and happy to have the ABS system working again. Three weeks ago I stopped by for a quick lube and was told I needed an appointment and it would be about a week. I had my car serviced somewhere else, that day. I wanted to get other things (diagnostic) done at a dealership so I made an appointment two weeks in advance for 8AM. When I showed up they told me they wouldn't be able to get to the car that day and I would have to leave it for them to do the diagnostic the following day. I left upset without rescheduling and would not recommend your service department to anyone. More
Honestly I appreciated that I didn't get the run around and the whole 'wheel and deal' process. I told them what I wanted and they earned my business. Great team.
