Service department is excellent at Sunrise. I just got my car back 6 months after the transmission broke, which was covered thankfully by ford and gave loaner car. It just broke again this time its differ my car back 6 months after the transmission broke, which was covered thankfully by ford and gave loaner car. It just broke again this time its different parts to transmission costing 1700$. That's not service fault that's a ford issue so I cant knock em for the lack of concern at the Ford hq.
