Don’t use Sunset ! This dealership represents everything that a dealership should NOT Be! 1) I was told by the salesman, Justin, that the cost of the vehicle would be 30 This dealership represents everything that a dealership should NOT Be! 1) I was told by the salesman, Justin, that the cost of the vehicle would be 30K or less as we negotiated. I drove nearly 7 hours to look at this vehicle. Upon arrival, the price was raised by $1,000, but this was hidden and glossed over by the salesman. It wasn’t until the final docs were ready to be signed he admitted to the higher price and blamed his boss. But he knew of our deal, and yet moved it forward anyway demonstrating no integrity. 2) They boast of a 127 point inspection, thus insuring a solid vehicle. DON’T Believe It ! The vehicle tracked poorly on the way home. We discoverd when we got home, very cheap tires were put on it, the right front end was out of alignment, and each of the cheap tires was under inflated by 5-8 lbs EACH, as we left the dealership. DANGEROUS ! Also our mechanic discovered a severe oil leak in the valve cover gasket, that cost me $375. Also, the brakes were spongy due to very dirty brake fluid that needed desperately to be changed. 3) The CarFax was represented to be clean. Liars! The front end had taken a significant hit that required a replacement bumper for sure, front tow hook was torn off, etc. as noted by our mechanic. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, OR LET ANYBODY YOU CARE ABOUT SHOP HERE. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else! More
