First off, thank you for your loyalty and multiple purchases! As we understand the frustrations with scheduling, we apologize about the extreme delays, but do know we are booking as many customers as we can with the staff we have. There is no reason we would be throttling back on how many customers we accept in for service. The fact we are booked out so far hopefully speaks volumes of our processes and our people we employ.
