bought a 2019 For Escape we visited another dealership prior to Sunset Ford. Jim greeted us and listened to what vehicle we were lookin for. he was very helpful in locating we visited another dealership prior to Sunset Ford. It had all the features we wanted with very low mileage. Jim new all the aspects of the car. Excellent Service Department Tech. George M noticed leak by transmission during oil change on 2016 Escape and made Brett Mathis aware of this and had me schedule appointment. to Tech.
