Brad Dostal worked with me for hours trying to find the right vehicle I wanted. Not once did I ever feel pressured to buy a vehicle that was not 100% what I wanted. As we looked through the inventory, Brad was adamant about making sure I was buying a vehicle I wanted and not just trying to sell me any vehicle on the lot. Even when we could not find a vehicle in their inventory that matched what I wanted they were able to search and find me one that was exactly what I wanted and they were able to get it within the next business day no questions asked. Brad was very helpful after the sale helping set up features on the vehicle and I know anytime I have a question about anything I can call or shoot him a text and have an answer right away. He was very helpful and still remains very helpful now after the sale. Larry was also very helpful. They both helped me get the best deal I could and were very helpful even pointing out a recent college graduate credit I was eligible for that I did not know about. Jason in Financing was up front about all the warranties and paperwork and answered any questions I had. My family has been buying vehicles from Sunset for a long time and I now know why. This certainly won't be my last purchase from this dealership! More

The Sunset Body Shop is Second to NONE I was very confused about the process of getting my truck fixed after my fender bender so I wanted to take my truck to two places that were preferred I was very confused about the process of getting my truck fixed after my fender bender so I wanted to take my truck to two places that were preferred by my insurance company. Both places would not see me for an extended period of time saying that they were way too busy and didn't have time to look at my truck. The first company got me in after a month and after looking at the truck for only 10 minutes wrote up the quote and said that they could schedule an appointment to have it fixed about three weeks out. The second shop couldn't see me for a solid month. I decided to call Sunset Ford. I set up an appointment and they let me immediately bring in my truck. They went over my truck in great detail and found a few other things directly related to the accident that were not found by the other shop and probably would not be noticed by me until long after the truck was fixed. Sunset Ford's people were extremely nice, very informative, took me through the whole process and within a week my truck (which had quite a bit of work to be done to it) was back and looked like NEW! Not only that but after they finished working on my truck they must have a policy of delivering the customer's vehicle in better shape than when it was brought in because I left the interior a mess but when I got it back, it was all cleaned out and smelled amazing. I'm so glad that the preferred shops from my insurance company couldn't get me in otherwise I wouldn't have found out about the service at Sunset Ford.
