Great customer service I contacted Cynthia regarding a vehicle I saw online. The next day I was able to come in to meet with Mike and take a test drive. The vehicle, a 2017 I contacted Cynthia regarding a vehicle I saw online. The next day I was able to come in to meet with Mike and take a test drive. The vehicle, a 2017 Expedition EL Platinum, was exactly what I was looking for. It was priced reasonably, and we were able agree on a sale and vehicle trade-in very quickly. At no time did I feel any pressure, and Mike was very professional and courteous throughout the process. More

Good salesman who knew the vehicle. I would probably buy again. I was unable to register my car at the license office because the finance man did not sign the title of my used car over t I would probably buy again. I was unable to register my car at the license office because the finance man did not sign the title of my used car over to me. As a result I had to make several calls to Sunset before getting the correct person to fix the problem, and I had to make a second trip to the license office. It also surprised me that Sunset wasn't going to fill the gas tank when I took delivery until I asked them to. I took delivery a week after purchase due to repairs that had to be made, so they agreed. More
