After talking to Dan, our salesperson, who didn't talk a big game and was very matter of fact, we easily worked out a deal. The car was priced exactly where it should be and they gave us a GREAT price on my trade-in. No back and forth, no haggling! It was wonderful. We came back 2 days later after they cleaned the car and we had more time to work with financing. Even that experience was wonderful and painless, quick also!! THE FIRST DAY I WAS JUST CHECKING TO SEE WHAT THEY HAD IN STOCK. HE SHOWED ME AND WE DROVE IT AROUND. TOLD HIM MY STORY AND HE WAS VERY ENGAGED. I WAS WAITING ON AN INSURANCE SETTLEMENT. I KNEW WHAT CAR I WANTED AND ASKED HIM NOT TO SELL "MY CAR". THE NEXT AFTERNOON(SATURDAY) I HEARD FROM INSURANCE CO. SO CALLED CRAIG UP AND ASKED IF "MY CAR" WAS STILL THERE. HE LAUGHED AND SAID YES. MONDAY WENT OVER TO THE DEALERSHIP AND HE HAD MY CAR OUT FRONT READY FOR ME. WENT OVER THE CAR HEAD TO TOE. THEN I MET TREFF LECHANCE THE FINANCE GUY. I USUALLY TREMBLE WHEN I MEET THEM. BUT HE WAS VERY NICE AND FAST . IT WAS SO EASY..
