She and I looked online at Sunset Ford to see their inventory and found one she liked. We then went to Sunset Ford and Looked at the models she liked - until she saw another vehicle see liked better. Everyone there was more than helpful and Friendly - it took a couple hours of deciding and a couple test drives to finally decide which one to buy. Salesman Larry Burchardt was our salesman and has been for the past couple of vehicles - we Love him - he is always happy and very business like. After all was said and done we went home Happy that we went to Sunset Ford to see Larry once again. The trip to Sunset was a pleasure. More

My sales guy, Casey Fowler, spent 5 hours with me. We drove several vehicles and he answered all of my questions. He never once seemed pushy or impatient. He went above and beyond and was super helpful through the whole process. Even after the papers were signed, he spent time syncing my phone to my new vehicle and showing me how to use all of the awesome features. I also really appreciated all of his manager's (Larry Sidberry) assistance with making sure I got a deal and a price that was not only really great but that easily worked for my budget. I also really appreciated the transparency on the paperwork. Larry and the finance team walked me through each charge on my Bill of Sales to make sure I knew exactly what I was financing and what each fee was for. I work with dealerships on a daily basis and this type of transparency is not common. It was hugely appreciated and to me just took the customer service up another notch. Great job Sunset Ford!
