Received a voice mail message from someone who identified himself only as "Doug from Sunset, who said their was an apparent misunderstanding with someone over what I said I was told by Mike Konersmann and what he (Doug) had told him. He did apologize and asked me to call him on his "private" line. I did but got his voice mail, so I gave him my cell number.. That was two days ago and I haven't heard back from him. Found this online response this morning from Justin Heutel. I have had my front brakes repaired at Bo Beuckman Ford. Nice to see Mindy (a former service rep at Sunset) at the desk. She took good care of me. I see no reason to continue this dialogue, as I'm happy with my new dealer.
