He did not hover or pressure us to make decisions and he encouraged us to test drive any vehicle we wanted. The thought of going to buy a new car was nerve wracking but the staff at Sunset Ford helped us relax and enjoy our day. After our purchase was complete, Alex helped us learn about the electronics and other new car gadgets and never made us feel rushed to leave. Great service was provided. In regards to financing, Treft took great care of us and searched to find a financier that we could happily agree to work with and a lovely interest rate as well. We are very pleased. More

My sales person, Bach, was friendly, helpful, down to earth, and took a very relaxed approach to the sales process. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during my purchase. In addition, he and the sales team were very upfront, honest, and reasonable with both the pricing of the car I purchased and my trade-in vehicle. When it came to financing the vehicle, Treff was very helpful in explaining my options. He was also very expedient with helping me complete the necessary paperwork. I only spoke with Perry briefly while leaving the dealership but he was extremely helpful in explaining a few of the features on my new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone's vehicle purchase. I will never buy a Ford from any other dealership. More
