Top Notch Experience! We arrived at 0830, saw the door sign indicating 0900 for sales. We told him we did not expect to be seen until 9AM, but we began our search for a NEW FORD vehicle. I test drove the Fusion and Escape, finally deciding on the ESCAPE. Howard Wood made the experience great as he could pick up I was in somewhat a hurry that day. I had all my information provided, and the total purchase time went fast and I was driving my NEW car home at 12:15 pm. That included my test driving two cars, and all other aspects!! Sam Martin is Excellent I purchased a used F150. I was in the market for 2 months before identifying the right vehicle and making the purchase. During this time, I visited I purchased a used F150. I was in the market for 2 months before identifying the right vehicle and making the purchase. During this time, I visited the Sunset Ford dealership multiple times to see Sam Martin, and I also spoke with him by phone multiple times. Sam focused on helping me find the right vehicle and then completing the sale versus the stereotypical car sales tactic of turning up the pressure to make the sale after your first test drive. I am detail oriented and can be a challenge to work with. Sam was very patient with me. When I took possession of the F150, I was on a tight timeline. I met with Justin Lombard in finance to complete the paperwork. He was efficient, moved quickly, but still took the time to explain documents and answer questions as they came up. My only negative comment about the Sunset Ford experience is that the truck only had a ½ tank of gas when I picked it up. I asked to have it filled but learned dealership policy is that they add no more than 5 gallons of gas to a tank that is not full. This is the first car purchas I’ve ever made where the gas tank was not filled by the dealership before I took possession. Bottom line, if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, you should not make a final decision before checking out Sunset Ford and specifically, seeing Sam Martin. More
