I hoped to have a very easy and pleasant experience for my parents, and what we got was exceptional service! From the time I contacted Sunset Ford, the follow ups from you, Donna, to the Saturday I walked in the door and saw my name on the board with the vehicles I wanted to look at waiting for us, we were made to feel important and that mattered to us. Being greeted by wonderful staff helped my parents stay relaxed and we got introduced to Sam Martin, and he provided a wonderful experience for us to the very end, very organized. Sam was absolutely wonderful to my parents, George & Annie, taking the time to explain the process, reading all the paperwork to my father, answering questions and promising to get the color of the Escape my mother wanted. The day of pick up, he made sure the Escape was looking beautiful - through the entire process he was patient, honest and caring. They are still very happy zipping around in their new Escape, we got that easy and pleasant experience. Jason Schrijver is the easiest finance person I've eve had to deal with and you can tell he's very dedicated to his job. I only got to speak to Donna Gravagna twice I believe but she helped me schedule my test drive as well as pass along that I was delayed by more than 40 minutes. Great place to buy a car Dan was not a fast talker which I liked a lot because I never felt I was getting the run around which I hate when thinking of buying a car.
