Not only being very straightforward with any possible problems but also very happy to talk about the features. Particularly helpful was the fact that I live out of the state that the car was purchased in. Randy helped ease that stress by going the extra mile and offering to pick me up from the airport. That alone was probably the nicest thing they could have done. The dealership also came down in price to my budget which no other dealership in other states near me would do. I usually don't write reviews but the amount of friendlyness from him and the rest of the staff was overwhelming. From the get go at picking me up at the airport to the end with the directions to a great area and hotel and the way home I could not have asked for a better experience.
