Yippie - I bought another Lexus Wow!! How easy Randy made it to buy a car. I thought for sure it was going to be the used car nightmare that everyone talks about. But, SURPRISE!!!. Wow!! I saw it that day and since my downpayment money was coming from an insurance company from a car accident I had been in, they ran everything they needed to to get us financed and held the car for about 4 days until I received that money. We went in and that was it. Our shiny, pretty car was waiting for us. We signed more papers than I can remember but that was with the finance office. We got back to Keith, he synced my phone for me (I've never used that feature in a car before - very cool), and we were on our way. He's personable without being cheesy - he's a genuinely nice man who knows what he's doing. If all their salespeople are like Keith, its a good place to buy a car. More
