I saw it that day and since my downpayment money was coming from an insurance company from a car accident I had been in, they ran everything they needed to to get us financed and held the car for about 4 days until I received that money. We went in and that was it. Our shiny, pretty car was waiting for us. We signed more papers than I can remember but that was with the finance office. We got back to Keith, he synced my phone for me (I've never used that feature in a car before - very cool), and we were on our way. He's personable without being cheesy - he's a genuinely nice man who knows what he's doing. If all their salespeople are like Keith, its a good place to buy a car. More

We Test drove the Taurus two or three times and got absolutely no pressure from Steve to buy. We asked questions and Steve gave answers. After we purchased the car, we had some more questions about how some of the features worked. Steve was right there with whatever help we needed. To help us finish the paperwork, Treff LaPlant explained the warranty options and gave some suggestions concerning the title. All in all, an excellent automobile purchasing experience. More

He completely understood and said he would call me next week and see if I had any questions. He gave me a printout of all the information about the vehicle I was considering to take home with me. I called him back about three days later, I told him I was torn between two vehicles and wanted to look at both again. When I got there, he had both vehicles de-iced and ready for me to look over. I was given my space, time to do it and even test drove both again. Dan put up with my waffling back and forth and even gave me the printouts on both vehicles to compare. After much blood sweat and tears on my part, I made my decision and I very happy with my choice. I feel that if I had not been given my space and the information about both vehicles, I may not have purchased a vehicle at all. I was leaning towards the one I did not purchase when I got there. I now know that would have not been the best decision for me. I highly recommend Dan! Justin was very friendly and found me a better deal than even my bank was going to give me on my auto loan. He also explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. When I left his office I felt very happy and confident about my vehicle financing and what I needed to do to register my vehicle. Jim Mitchell was my first contact with the dealership and his professionalism assisted in my decision to go to Sunset Ford. He was very willing to help me find the exact vehicle I was looking for and not once did he even suggest I compromise on what I wanted. More
