Were were transferred to Tim Stewart's care after we arrived at the dealership and a deal was finalized. We then were sent to Treff who helped us save money by showing us various financing options. We were treated fairly on the purchase price and our trade-in by people who were not only pleasant, but a treat to deal with. The dealership we used before were offered the same deal we made at Sunset. They are reputable, likable people too but they told us "No dealership make will make a trade with you for your offer" Sunset did and made it a easy, straight forward experience. Thanks Folks! More

Great First Car Purchase Initially I was looking at a new 2016/2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost. Casey was my sales guy. He helped me get inside the car I was looking for and take i Initially I was looking at a new 2016/2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost. Casey was my sales guy. He helped me get inside the car I was looking for and take it for a test drive very quickly. I really liked the car, but found there were a few features missing. I did some research and discovered they had the model and color I was looking for, only it was pre-owned. I was worried I would be met with resistance for trying to look at a pre-owned, slightly less expensive car, versus the new car I looked at previously. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he was just as accommodating when it came to taking this used car far a spin! It was definitely not what I was expecting when I envisioned trying to purchase a new car (I imagined some awful, overbearing salesman stalking me around a car lot.) They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and made the entire process quick and painless, without any pushy sales tactics. Plus I got the perfect car! Casey was incredibly sweet and seemed to know his stuff, which made me much more comfortable. I also liked that he was pretty close in age to me (mid-twenties) because he understood the kinds of features I was looking for. Finally, I received a handwritten note from him afterwards thanking ME for working with HIM (true or not, it was a very nice touch! He also mentioned they would take good care of my trade-in since he knew I was concerned about it.) I would definitely seek him out to purchase a car in the future and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a Ford! More

He ensured us the process would be simple and efficient and he produced. Despite dealing with two other customers at the same time he never left us unattended for more than a few minutes. It was the best buying experience we've ever had by far. When my wife and I finally were ready to choose and actually purchase our vehicle, Jim went out of his way to stay after hours while my wife and I test drove various pre-owned Ford Escapes to narrow down our purchase choice. He knew so much about all the features for each vehicle as we test drove, so we were able to make the smarter choice that fit our needs and price budget. Treff LaPLant in Finance made my wife and I feel very comfortable, and really went out of his way to explain every option possible so my wife and I were able to make the best decisions and include the features that mattered most to us and keep our payment reasonable.
