Sunset Ford seems to understand why a customer chooses to find a car through the internet. They worked with me on price before I even came in to see the car so I knew exactly what I was going to get and what I was going to pay for it. At that point it comes down to a test drive to see if you like it and a yes or no decision. Other dealers I was contacting wouldn't give me a firm price before I came in for the test drive so Sunset's approach was much appreciated. More

I ended up getting a good deal for my trade in, which made the whole deal good in my view. I really love the vehicle I got, and will keep it for a long time. Keith was professional and even though there was a mistake made, he was able to get the deal done. I certainly felt he had my best interest at heart in the deal. Justin was great with financing getting the deal done that day and working to make sure I got the same deal from them that I would have gotten from my own credit union. This saved me a couple of extra trips to the dealership and a few to my own credit union. More
