Glad I went to Sunset! I went to Sunset Ford from having bought a car there in the past and having a great experience purchasing a Mustang. I owned a Jeep Compass this time I went to Sunset Ford from having bought a car there in the past and having a great experience purchasing a Mustang. I owned a Jeep Compass this time around which I had never owned a SUV type of vehicle before...it was ok for but I wanted to get back into a midsize car. I found some cars online before heading to Sunset and knew what my price range was already...I figured I wasnt in a desperate situation but if I found something I really liked and the deal was good I would be driving a car home that very day...well Dale met me on the lot...I told him what I wanted to test drive and that I had a trade in...he said ok and went right to work on everything fast and hassle free! I never felt pressured or so called sharked down by Dale..he was very friendly, honest, and made me feel completely confident I was in the right place to look for my car. Howard was super thorough in going over all the options of our new Focus because w never had a good explanation of how operate all the equipment when we got our Focus from a different salesman 2 years earlier.
