Poor service Pulled into service bay... told by person at desk "I am just a driver, you need to wait for ________". In STL on a pleasure trip, accumulator drier needed replaced on my late-model Lincoln Navigator as the air had started blowing warm/cold/etc. Told it would be three weeks before someone could look at it. This is why I purchased the Lincoln, easy service at any Ford dealer in case of an emergency. My local Ford dealer made an appointment to have it repaired the very NEXT day at 8 am and said they would have done it the very same day, except I was 120 miles away. So much for "gold key" emergency service... Love my local dealer, hate this one. More

Good experience I was seeking the best price on a custom-order Ford Focus Titanium sedan with options that were not to be found anywhere in the midwest. Several deal I was seeking the best price on a custom-order Ford Focus Titanium sedan with options that were not to be found anywhere in the midwest. Several dealers in St. Louis shot me numbers, that were absurd - pennies below full MSRP. Braden Bolerjack of Sunset Ford in Sunset Hills (St. Louis, MO) took me seriously and after one back & forth round, gave me not only the best price, but also an incentive that I was unaware of, being a long-time Ford buyer. The car came in a couple days ago after 10 weeks of waiting, and is perfect. The finance guy, Justin, was a pleasant guy to speak with, and did our numbers for us with no headaches. For the 1st time in my life I did not turn down the extended warranty and went forward with one. While it is expensive at $2,000 extra, we have peace of mind with all the computer chips that are in this car with all the added technology options we got. Bumper to bumper, extended out to 7 years (84 months) / 120,000 miles. For what it's worth, the MSRP was $27,000 (not counting extended warranty), minus rebates and dealer discount for a total of $4,500, plus 0% financing for 6 years. Braden is a swell guy, that takes it upon himself to go to his manager on your behalf and get things for you that will be a positive surprise. He's got your back. More
