First Ford purchase My girlfriend and I were looking for a specific vehicle, she is wheelchair bound and does not have the capability of climbing into most vehicles. We had both decided that the Fusion was what we wanted. We had the car picked out from Auffenberg Ford in O'Fallon Illinois, the salesman there would not get back with either of us, so I went to Sunset during the week to see if I could find a salesman that was willing to help us. I was introduced to Tommy Roberts, I explained our situation to him, he was able to locate us a car on the lot that was what we wanted. When we shows back up on Saturday, he was extremely respectful to my girlfriend and really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We then met Treff LaPlant in the finance department, he was very respectful to both of us as well and made sure we knew what we were looking at and understood it. The whole process from Sunset Ford was extremely plesant for both of us and will be purchasing from them in the future! More

Great Customer Service for over Eight Years!!! I bought my first Ford Fusion from Larry Burchardt in 2007, it was a fantastic car that ran extremely well. Larry kept in touch from time to time throughout the eight years that I had the car and he has built up a great rapport with my wife and I over the years. He was always available to help with questions and point me in the right direction whenever needed. When I was the victim of a hit and run in May 2015, my 07 Fusion was a total loss, Larry was the first and only person I called to get a new car. This time I upgraded to a 2016 Fusion Titanium Energi really smooth ride and very cool features. The MPG is a huge plus too! I would recommend Larry to anyone looking to purchase a car, the process is very smooth and he goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. My Quest for a New Car! When I first looked for a new vehicle Braden was very patient with me, as I was not sure just how soon I would actually be wanting to purchase, since When I first looked for a new vehicle Braden was very patient with me, as I was not sure just how soon I would actually be wanting to purchase, since it was still winter and I was barely over Christmas. But Braden hung in there with me week after week, month after month. He in no way pestered me, as I told him if he did that, I would not like it. Each time he called he said just the right thing, letting me know that he was not trying to rush me, but that he was there with any questions I might have, and he would remind me about the rebates, etc. And if it were not for the fact that someone rear ended my vehicle which forced me to go shopping again, Braden perhaps would still be calling me with the hope that I would buy. Since necessity forced me to go shopping, it was Braden whom I thought deserved the sale since he'd been so patient and helpful. He will most definitely get my recommendation if anyone asks me for my opinion of the folks at Sunset Ford.
