His professionalism and his knowledge was top notch. He made our buying experience a great one! I then was purchasing another car on 5/28/2015 and immediately went back to Alex to purchase a new 2015 Taurus another great experience! It does pay to engage any customer on the lot and not wait for them to come into the showroom! Also been going to the service dept. For the last 5 years with my other Ford vehicles that I puchased from the other Ford dealership! Great service advisors are so friendly and professional! Great Job Sunset Ford! Enjpyab;e Purchaase Experience With David Decker We were dreading purchasing a new car, the experience can be stressful. Dealing with David Decker was like talking to a friend (a very knowledgable friend). He patiently answered many questions and made us feel welcome each time we returned. After purchasing the Edge, David gave us a much needed "tech course". The vehicle we were replacing was 10 yr. old & not equipped with all the latest technology. He offered to continue the "course" after we had the Edge for a few days. We accepted his offer & he spend another 90 min. of his time explaining & executing some of the more complicated features such as "active park assist", a white knuckle experience the first time. We look forward to future visits at Sunset Ford as we follow the recommended service schedule & hope the contact with the Service Department will be equally as enjoyable as the purchase. We will recommend David Decker & Sunset Ford to others, also plan to drop by, say "Hi" to David, & share a few Wintergreen mints. More

Treff LaPlant did everything he could do to get me the best deal and when all was said and done I was very satisfied with my purchase. Justine Heutel was very gracious from the service department. There were some minor cosmetic flaws that I had concerns about that were not caught at sale. He got with Larry and made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I would for sure do business with Sunset and would have no problem recommending family and friends to shop there. More

Horrible experience Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The brand new car had a small interior scratch and since I was buying a brand new vehicle, I thought that Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The brand new car had a small interior scratch and since I was buying a brand new vehicle, I thought that the salesman would do everything he could to give me at least a small reimbursement. Since they were selling me a new vehicle with damage that is. My request was denied and the salesman was more interested in taking me out instead of doing his job. After the unpleasant interaction with the sales department, my brand new car broke down 3 days later. They kept it in the shop for over a week. After I picked it up, it broke down again 15 minutes after I left the lot. I have owned the vehicle for a month, and yet I drove it for only 3 days. I'm not even sure when I'm going to get it back. At this point I am terrified that the car will be breaking down like this all the time. It is a huge inconvenience, especially since I have an infant. My request for a different car was denied, so now I am left with a horrible vehicle that has been in the shop since I owned it. The service department is very professional and pleasant to talk to. Mindy Linn went out of her way to treat me fairly and with respect. She kept me updated on the situation and made sure I was taken care of to the extent of her ability. More
