After I bought the car I was told they only had one key for the car. Not a big deal as I am the only driver and will have another key made soon. I was told that the car would be filled up with gas. I left the lot because I had to get home and get ready for work, when I realized I had a little under half a tank. I ended up filling it myself. This was the only thing that bothered me a little about my entire experience. It wasn't anything major. It happens. Mr. Keith Boerding was great. Even calling my insurance company to make sure it was okay to leave the lot. I did appreciate that. This was my time first car experience and I would come back to get another car in the future. More

I was looking for the perfect solution to my problem a little 9 month old and not enough car. My research led me to a Ford Escape. Casey started me out with a very comfortable experience on the test drive. I came back the next day to start talking with Braden. Extremely satisfied with the service I received from him and his sales manager, Jason. Both were more than understanding and worked with me and my newly adjusted hectic schedule with the baby. Braden was even willing to drive to my home to help pick up a trade. This was very handy as I had two vehicles to trade in and only one husband, me, to take care of it all. I was very appreciative of the service but my schedule worked out on a third day and delivered the second trade and finalized the paperwork. To summarize, I am extremely satisfied with the sales staff service, the willingness to work and deal with me very professionally, the knowledge of the staff, and how comfortable the entire car buying experience was for me. Then after we made our decision he explained the different options available to us and the cost. Was no pressure on us to go with higher cost options, he left it totally in our hands after. After the sale he went through the car explained all the options and informed us if we had any issues, questions, or concerns that we could come back any time and he would happily take care of us. Very pleasant overall experience. More
