Other times I was not able to reach a price I was comfortable with and went elsewhere but Cory worked with us through four visits and helped us reach a deal I was happy with. I will not only consider buying another/next vehicle here but would recommend him and the business as a whole. This might seem like a bs rating as most car shopping experiences are tedious but this was what I hoped to find there. Other dealerships tried to sell us a car but were not as able to find what we needed for the price I was willing to pay. We ended up purchasing a Ford Escape. When I decided to purchase a used car, I decided on an American made vehicle. I searched on-line and found a great deal on a Ford Focus. He was very friendly and answered all my questions honestly. I'm a single woman and he made shopping for the car easier than I expected. When I picked up the car of my choice, he meet me outside and walked me thru the paper process, waited for me and then showed me all the options on the car and told me to call him with any questions. He even put my temporary plate on. In my opinion he went above and beyond. He walked me thru the car step by step. I appreciated his thoroughness. More

On Friday, Aug. 2, I was forced to bring my Expedition in as I needed an emergency Repair. It was about 1:30 on Friday afternoon and I had a " Caliper " on my left front wheel that was frozen up and wa as I needed an emergency Repair. It was about 1:30 on Friday afternoon and I had a " Caliper " on my left front wheel that was frozen up and was registering aabout 400 degrees. The dealership was really booked up, but the Service Manager and Scott said they would work me in. The car was finished at about 5:30, all ready to go. We have purchased previously from Sunset and worked with Jon we appreciated how he helped finding a car for our daughter after hers bit the dust . When we pulled into the dealership with the Sunfire making Jon we appreciated how he helped finding a car for our daughter after hers bit the dust . When we pulled into the dealership with the Sunfire making the racket it was both Doug and I were laughing and Jon walks up to us and said heard you comming all the way down Gravois anyway Jon did his best to get as much for the Sunfire as he could all of us knowing that it would not be much. Jon also stayed late for us that night to make sure everything went as expected with the deal which was appreciated. The finance manager that we worked with I think his name was Chris was also great he worked up 3 different options for us that our daughter and my husband and I could afford. Our daughter loves her 2006 G6 and I am sure when she gets home from school she will be up there to get her picture taken in her car!!
